
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered for commercial kitchens where performance, durability, and versatility are essential. This 60-3/4” wide range features a 37” high cooking top, offering ample space for cooking a variety of dishes simultaneously, perfect for high-demand food service environments.
Constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, this range is built for easy maintenance and long-lasting durability. A front-located manual gas shut-off offers added safety by providing quick access to the gas system for emergency shutoff.
The factory-installed regulator ensures steady and reliable gas flow, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases provide easy and safe ignition.
With the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5), this range includes two Pyromax burners in the rear, each offering a powerful 40,000 BTU NAT heat output for intense cooking. These are paired with three standard 33K burners in the front for a total of five high-powered burners, giving you a variety of heat options to tackle multiple cooking tasks at once.
For grilling and searing, the Charbroiler can be located on either the left or right side of the range. The 24” charbroiler features removable, cast iron grates, which are perfect for grilling meats, vegetables, and other items to perfection with those signature grill marks.
This range also includes Convection Oven Models (A), each equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and comes with three racks with five-position side rails, offering flexibility for cooking. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor operates with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring high efficiency and durability. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven, providing even more cooking versatility.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) offers a durable base with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing ease of access and additional storage space.
