The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series offers a robust and versatile solution for high-demand commercial kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample workspace and durability for even the most intensive kitchen environments.

The range is designed for easy maintenance and long-term reliability, featuring stainless steel construction throughout, including a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides. A front-located manual gas shut-off enhances safety and control, while the factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas flow for consistent burner performance.

Equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, this range allows for reliable and fast ignition every time.

The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5) consists of two Pyromax burners (40,000 BTU NAT) at the rear and three standard 33K burners at the front, offering the perfect combination of high-output heat for rapid cooking and versatile cooking methods.

For grilling and searing, the Charbroiler (Left or Right) option features a 24” removable cast iron grate that can be positioned on either side of the unit. This charbroiler provides an efficient and even heat source, allowing you to achieve perfect grill marks on meats, vegetables, and more.

The Standard Oven Models (D) are equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, offering a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior features porcelain enamel and measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing for easy accommodation of full-sized pans placed both ways. The oven is fitted with one rack with two-position side rails, offering flexible cooking configurations. This model comes with two standard oven bases, providing ample cooking space for a variety of dishes.
