The range’s 4” stainless steel front rail, along with its stainless steel front and sides, ensures a sleek and durable design, while also providing easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off offers safety and control, allowing operators to quickly shut off gas to the entire range if needed. The factory-installed regulator ensures a consistent gas flow, maintaining optimal performance.

For reliability and ease of use, the standing pilot for open top burners guarantees dependable ignition, while the battery spark ignition system for the oven bases ensures safe and consistent operation.

The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) features a versatile combination of two Pyromax burners in the rear, each delivering 40,000 BTU NAT, paired with three standard 33K burners in the front. This configuration gives chefs the power to handle multiple cooking tasks at once, from high-heat searing to simmering delicate sauces.

To enhance your cooking options, this range also includes a Griddle Top (Left or Right), with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate and raised sides. The 24” wide griddle is available with manual or thermostatic control, offering flexibility for cooking various foods to perfection, from pancakes to burgers.

For superior cooking results, the Convection Oven Models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, can accommodate multiple racks and pans, ensuring even heat distribution for consistent results. The convection oven includes three racks with five-position side rails and is powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor that operates at 1710 rpm. It also has overload protection and permanent lubricated ball bearings for long-lasting, reliable performance. An On/Off switch allows you to operate the oven as a standard oven, if desired.

In addition, the Standard Oven Models (D) provide a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, can hold full-sized pans in both directions. This oven also includes one rack with two-position side rails, allowing for customizable cooking heights.
