The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and reliable commercial kitchen range designed for high-volume cooking, offering exceptional performance, durability, and versatility. With its 60-3/4” width and 37” high cooking top, this unit provides ample space for cooking multiple dishes simultaneously, perfect for bustling kitchens.

Crafted with a 4” stainless steel front rail, and stainless steel front and sides, this range is built to last and is easy to clean. The front-located manual gas shut-off ensures quick access to the entire range’s gas system for added safety.

A factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and reliable gas flow, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases make starting up the range quick and hassle-free.

The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) is tailored for high-output cooking. It combines two Pyromax burners in the rear, each providing an impressive 40,000 BTU NAT heat output, ideal for intensive cooking. These are paired with three standard 33K burners in the front, offering a wide range of heat levels for everything from boiling and frying to searing and sautéing.

For added versatility, this range includes a Raised Griddle available on the right side only. The 24” raised griddle features a smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides and offers manual control. Located under a broiler, this griddle is perfect for making large batches of pancakes, eggs, or burgers, and the raised sides help contain splatters.

Equipped with Convection Oven Models (A), this range comes with 32,000 BTU NAT convection ovens that feature a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of the oven measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and it includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible oven space. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor is highly efficient, with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation to ensure long-lasting operation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven, providing even more versatility for different cooking methods.

This unit includes two convection oven bases, giving you the capacity and flexibility needed for high-output cooking in fast-paced kitchen environments.
