The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series features a commercial gas range that measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, providing ample space and comfort for kitchen staff. It is built with a 4” stainless steel front rail and a stainless steel front and sides for easy cleaning and durability. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides full control over the entire range for safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures precise gas flow and consistent burner performance.

The range includes standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, making it quick and reliable to start. The 5-burner configuration combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) standard 33K burners in the front, offering versatility for high-output cooking in the rear and regular cooking tasks in the front.

The raised griddle is located on the right side and is available in 24″ width with manual control and a broiler underneath, providing a convenient and efficient cooking surface for grilling and searing.

The standard oven models (D) include a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, capable of fitting full-sized pans in both directions. The oven comes with one rack featuring two-position side rails, and the unit has two standard oven bases, providing ample space for high-volume baking and roasting.
