With a factory-installed regulator, this unit ensures a consistent gas supply, while the standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases simplify ignition and provide reliable, safe operation.

The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) delivers maximum versatility with two Pyromax burners in the rear, offering 40,000 BTU NAT of high output, while the three standard 33K burners in the front provide ample heat for a variety of cooking tasks. This configuration is ideal for busy kitchens that require a range capable of handling multiple pots and pans at once.

For even greater versatility, the Raised Griddle (Right only) option features a 24” raised griddle with manual control and under broiler. This versatile griddle allows you to prepare a variety of dishes, such as pancakes, burgers, and eggs, with the added advantage of a broiler below for additional cooking capabilities.

The Convection Oven Models (A) ensure efficient and even heat distribution, with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection system that delivers excellent baking and roasting performance. The oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), perfect for a variety of cooking applications. Its porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, is designed for easy cleaning and durability. Three adjustable racks with five-position side rails provide versatile cooking options. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle motor operates at high efficiency and includes permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for long-lasting performance. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to also function as a standard oven when necessary.

The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) provides a solid, sturdy base, and is equipped with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, offering convenient storage space and easy access to kitchen essentials.
