The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance cooking solution, designed for commercial kitchens that require versatility, durability, and precision. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample space for chefs to operate efficiently during high-volume service.

The range is built with premium stainless steel, including a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel sides, ensuring long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off adds safety and convenience, while the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and reliable gas flow for all burners.

For ignition, the unit is equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, providing quick and efficient starting every time.

The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5) combines two Pyromax burners (40,000 BTU NAT) in the rear and three standard 33K burners in the front. This setup offers a balanced mix of high-output burners, perfect for a variety of cooking tasks from high heat searing to simmering delicate sauces.

For added versatility, the Raised Griddle (Right only) option features a 24″ raised griddle plate with manual controls and an under broiler for optimal cooking performance. This griddle allows for precise heat management, making it ideal for cooking everything from pancakes to meats, with the added benefit of the broiler for browning or finishing dishes.

The Standard Oven Models (D) include a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, can accommodate full-sized pans both ways. The oven comes with one rack with two-position side rails, providing flexible cooking options.

The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) includes a sturdy, stainless steel cabinet base, with optional no-charge doors that open from the center. This feature enhances the overall design and provides convenient storage space, contributing to the unit’s sleek, professional appearance.
