This commercial gas range is 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, crafted from stainless steel for a sleek, robust finish. The front stainless steel rail measures 4” for added protection and easy cleaning. Safety features include a front-located manual gas shut-off, and the unit comes equipped with a factory-installed regulator for reliable gas flow. The standing pilot system ensures quick ignition for the open top burners, while the battery spark ignition ensures consistent starting for the oven bases.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) features (2) star/saute’ burners in the front and (2) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, providing versatility for both delicate simmering and intense high-heat cooking. Additionally, the 5 burner configuration (Burner Option 6) combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) star 33K BTU burners in the front, offering exceptional heat output and patented non-clog technology for even flame distribution and maximum cooking efficiency.
The convection oven models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), ideal for high-volume baking and roasting. The porcelain enamel interior is 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for large pans. The oven includes three racks with five position side rails for versatile rack placement. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor that operates on 115V AC, this high-efficiency unit features a permanent split-phase motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, further enhancing its flexibility. The unit is equipped with 2 convection oven bases, ensuring optimal cooking capacity for busy kitchens.
