The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is the ideal solution for commercial kitchens seeking power, flexibility, and reliability. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample space for all your cooking needs. The range is constructed with 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front, and sides, offering both durability and ease of maintenance.

For safety and convenience, the front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick and easy control of the entire range’s gas supply. The factory-installed regulator ensures proper gas pressure for consistent and efficient cooking performance.

The range features a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, ensuring quick and reliable ignition every time. The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes one star/saute’ burner in the front for high-heat cooking and one standard 33K burner in the rear for slower cooking, providing versatility for a variety of culinary tasks.

The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 6) takes flexibility a step further by combining two Pyromax burners in the rear with three star 33K burners in the front. The Pyromax burners deliver 40,000 BTU NAT output, offering high heat for rapid cooking, while the 33K burners provide consistent and controlled heat for everyday cooking needs. This combination is perfect for kitchens requiring multiple heat levels and maximum cooking capacity.

The Standard Oven Model (D) features a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering ample space for full-sized pans to fit both ways. This versatile oven comes with one rack and two-position side rails, giving you flexibility in how you organize your cooking space.

For additional storage, the Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) serves as a sturdy base for the range. It also offers optional no-charge doors that open from the center, allowing easy access to stored items while keeping the kitchen looking professional and clean.
