

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range designed to deliver superior performance, versatility, and durability for professional kitchens. With a width of 60-3/4” and a 37” high cooking top, this heavy-duty range is built for the high demands of restaurants, catering services, and large foodservice operations. The stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and 4” front rail ensures long-lasting durability and ease of maintenance. For safety, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator for quick, convenient control.
The range comes with a split burner configuration, featuring two star/saute burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, providing powerful heat options for a wide range of cooking styles. For enhanced flexibility, a 5-burner configuration is also available, combining two Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33K standard burners in the front. This allows for rapid, high-heat cooking for everything from sautéing and stir-frying to searing meats and sauces.
In addition to its powerful burners, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series includes both a convection oven (Model A) and a standard oven (Model D) for maximum cooking versatility. The 32,000 BTU convection oven offers a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F, perfect for baking, roasting, and more. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking arrangements. The high-efficiency motor (1/2 hp, 1710 rpm) is designed for optimal performance, while the permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection ensure long-lasting reliability. An On/Off switch allows the convection base to operate as a standard oven when necessary.
The standard oven (Model D) provides 45,000 BTUs and features a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and it accommodates full-sized pans placed in either direction. This oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for versatile cooking and baking options.
