A front-located manual gas shut-off provides accessible safety control, while a factory-installed regulator ensures steady and efficient gas flow. The range is equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and a battery spark ignition system for the oven bases.
This configuration includes four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), designed with a cast bowl structure that enhances efficiency and provides full utilization of the cooking surface. It also features a unique 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6), which combines two powerful Pyromax burners at the rear with three high-output star 33,000 BTU burners in the front, offering a versatile and powerful cooking setup suitable for high-volume operations.
Instead of oven bases, this range includes two stainless steel cabinet bases (Model C), which offer additional under-range storage. These cabinets come with optional no-charge center-opening doors, making them a convenient and practical choice for busy kitchens that need accessible storage and a streamlined workflow.
