
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range designed to meet the demands of a busy professional kitchen. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this model features a durable stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail for added workspace and protection. A front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator ensure safe and efficient operation, while standing pilots for the open-top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer convenience and reliability.
This unit is equipped with four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners featuring wavy grates (Burner Option 2). The cast bowl design of the wavy grates not only provides better efficiency and heat distribution but also allows full use of the entire range top. The burner configuration is further enhanced with Burner Option 6, combining two high-output 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33,000 BTU star burners in the front—ideal for a range of cooking applications from high-heat searing to delicate simmering.
Beneath the cooking surface are two convection oven bases (Model A), each delivering 32,000 BTU and a thermostat-controlled temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting. Each oven includes a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection, permanent split-phase operation, and permanently lubricated ball bearings. An on/off switch allows each convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
Completing the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which offers convenient under-range storage. Optional center-opening doors are available at no additional cost, making this range as practical as it is powerful.
