The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed to meet the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens, offering power and flexibility in a 60-3/4” wide unit. Featuring (2) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, this range provides even heat distribution for superior cooking results. It also includes a 5-burner configuration, combining (2) Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) standard 33K burners in the front, ensuring both high output and versatility.

The 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior is designed to accommodate full-sized pans both ways, with a one rack and two-position side rails for maximum flexibility.

Additional features include a manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, and battery spark ignition for the oven base. The unit is equipped with a stainless steel cabinet base for durability, and optional no-charge center-opening doors provide easy access. This range is the ideal choice for chefs seeking a reliable and powerful cooking solution.
