The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful, commercial-grade gas range built to deliver exceptional performance and durability in demanding kitchen environments. It features a 60-3/4” wide frame with a 37” high cooking surface, and is finished with stainless steel front and sides along with a 4” stainless steel front rail for enhanced durability and easy maintenance. A factory-installed gas regulator, front-located manual gas shut-off, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases all contribute to a safe and user-friendly design.

This model includes a five-burner configuration (Burner Option 6) that combines (2) high-output 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) 33,000 BTU star burners in the front, providing powerful, even heating for a variety of cooking tasks. The cast iron star burners are designed with a unique port arrangement for optimal flame distribution and consistent performance.

Equipped with two standard ovens, each delivering 45,000 BTU, this unit offers a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors are finished in porcelain enamel and measure 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans in both orientations. Each oven includes one rack and two-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting options.

This dual-oven range is ideal for high-volume cooking environments where performance, versatility, and reliability are essential.
