The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range designed for high-performance kitchen environments. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off for easy access and safety. The unit comes equipped with a factory-installed gas regulator, standing pilot lights for the open-top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This configuration includes (4) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners (Burner Option 3), which feature a specialized port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution—ideal for sautéing and general cooking needs. It also features a 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 6) that combines (2) powerful Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) star 33,000 BTU burners in the front, offering versatility and high-heat output for demanding culinary applications.

The base of the unit is equipped with two convection ovens (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens offer a thermostat-controlled temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), and feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails, and can accommodate full-size pans in both orientations. The convection system utilizes a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor with permanent split phase design, overload protection, Class “B” insulation, and lubricated ball bearings, with an On/Off switch to allow the oven to function as a standard oven when desired.
