The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range built for versatility and durability in demanding kitchen environments. It features a 60-3/4” wide frame with a 37” high cooking top, complemented by a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for a professional, polished appearance. For ease of use and safety, a manual gas shut-off is conveniently located on the front of the range. The unit also comes equipped with a factory-installed regulator and standing pilots for open top burners, while battery spark ignition powers the oven bases for dependable operation.

This model is configured with (4) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, engineered for superior flame distribution thanks to a thoughtfully designed port arrangement. These burners are ideal for sautéing and general-purpose cooking. Additionally, the 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 6) combines (2) high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) star burners in the front, offering both power and precision in a flexible setup.

Beneath the cooktop are two convection oven bases (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens provide a wide thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails, allowing for customizable cooking configurations. The convection system uses a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with overload protection, permanent split-phase design, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows each convection oven to operate as a standard oven as needed.

Completing the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet C), which offers additional storage and includes optional, no-cost doors that open from the center for added accessibility and convenience.
