The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for durability in high-demand kitchens. A manual gas shut-off is conveniently located on the front of the unit, and it comes with a factory-installed gas regulator. The open top burners use a standing pilot ignition system, while the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for ease of use. This model is equipped with a 5-burner configuration (Option 6), consisting of (2) high-performance Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) star-style 33,000 BTU burners in the front. A 24” charbroiler, which can be positioned on either the left or right side, includes removable cast iron grates for flexibility and easy cleaning. One side of the base contains a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and comes with three racks and five-position side rails. It’s powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V AC motor, which is high-efficiency, permanently lubricated, and protected with overload safeguards and Class “B” insulation. The convection oven can also be used as a standard oven via a built-in on/off switch. The other side of the base features a stainless steel cabinet, which includes optional no-charge center-opening doors for added convenience and storage capacity.
