
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, crafted with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and ease of cleaning. It features a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a factory-installed gas regulator for optimal performance. The unit operates with standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. Its 5-burner configuration (Option 6) combines (2) powerful rear Pyromax burners with (3) front 33,000 BTU star burners, offering a flexible setup for high-output cooking. A 24” griddle top, available on either side, features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, and is available in manual or thermostatically controlled versions to suit varied cooking needs. The range includes a 32,000 BTU convection oven with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), featuring a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, three racks, and five-position side rails. The convection oven includes a 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm, with permanent split-phase design, overload protection, and permanently lubricated ball bearings. An on/off switch allows the oven to function as a standard base oven when needed. A second 45,000 BTU standard oven provides additional versatility, offering the same temperature range and a slightly deeper 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep interior, which accommodates full-size pans in either direction.
