The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range. A factory-installed regulator is included for reliable performance, along with a standing pilot system for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. This model uses a 5-burner configuration (Option 6), combining (2) high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) star-style 33K BTU burners in the front. It is equipped with a 24” wide griddle top, built with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate and raised sides, available in manual or thermostatically controlled versions for flexible cooking needs. The unit also includes two convection oven bases, each operating at 32,000 BTU NAT with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens have a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, each oven features permanent split phase design, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows each convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
