The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range that measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for a robust design. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety and a factory-installed regulator for smooth operation. The range comes with standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The 5-burner configuration combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) star 33K burners in the front. The griddle top (available left or right) features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on the 24” wide griddles. It’s available with manual or thermostatic control. The 45,000 BTU NAT oven comes with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and is designed to fit full-sized pans both ways, along with a rack featuring two-position side rails. The unit also includes a stainless steel cabinet base, with optional no-charge doors that open from the center.
