The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and style. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety, along with a factory-installed regulator. The unit uses a standing pilot system for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The 5-burner configuration (Option 6) features (2) high-performance Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) 33,000 BTU star burners in the front, providing flexibility for various cooking needs. A 24” raised griddle is positioned on the right, with manual controls and an under-broiler setup for added cooking versatility. One side of the base contains a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven includes a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, three racks, and five-position side rails. It operates with a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V AC motor, offering high efficiency, permanent split phase design, ball bearing lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The oven can also function as a standard oven using the integrated on/off switch. The other side of the unit features a stainless steel cabinet base, which includes optional center-opening doors at no additional cost for added storage and convenience.
