
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety and a factory-installed regulator for consistent operation. The range has standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The 5-burner configuration combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) star 33K burners in the front. The raised griddle (only on the right side) is 24″ in size and has manual control with an under-broiler for flexible cooking. The 45,000 BTU NAT oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting full-sized pans both ways, and a rack with two-position side rails. The stainless steel cabinet base comes with optional no-charge doors that open from the center.
