This range is equipped with a five-burner configuration, combining two powerful Pyromax burners in the rear with three high-performance 33K star burners in the front. With six available burner configurations, it can be tailored to meet a variety of cooking demands. The unit also features a griddle top available on the left or right, offering a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. The griddle is available in both manual and thermostatic control options and comes in 24” or 36” wide sizes, perfect for cooking everything from pancakes to grilled sandwiches.

For oven performance, the 45,000 BTU NAT oven offers reliable cooking with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of the oven measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit both ways for versatile baking and roasting. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible space usage.
