The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed for high-performance commercial kitchens, offering both power and durability to meet the demands of busy food service environments. This 60-3/4” wide range features a 37” high cooking top, providing ample space for cooking and easy access to burners and controls. Its sleek stainless steel front and sides ensure both robustness and easy cleaning, while the 4” stainless steel front rail adds to the unit’s stability and durability. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick access to turn off gas flow for safety, and the factory-installed regulator ensures reliable and consistent gas pressure throughout operation. Standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer reliable ignition and ease of use.

The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) features (3) star/saute’ burners in the front and (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, providing versatile cooking options and allowing multiple tasks to be completed at once with precision heat control. Whether you’re sautéing, searing, or simmering, this range offers the capacity and flexibility needed in fast-paced kitchens.

For grilling and charbroiling, the charbroiler (left or right) is 24” wide with removable, cast iron grates, ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance while delivering the perfect char on meats, vegetables, and other grilled items.

The convection oven models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, provides ample space for large pans and cookware. The oven is equipped with three racks that have five position side rails, offering flexibility in cooking. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, the high-efficiency, permanent split-phase motor operates at 115V AC and includes overload protection and Class “B” insulation. The On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to function as a standard oven, expanding the unit’s versatility.

The stainless steel cabinet (C) provides a durable, easy-to-maintain base for the range, with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing convenient storage space for additional kitchen tools or supplies.
