The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed to elevate performance and versatility in high-volume commercial kitchens. This heavy-duty 60-3/4” wide range features a 37” high cooking top and durable stainless steel construction, including stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” stainless steel front rail. It also includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator for seamless operation and safety. The standing pilot system ensures reliable ignition for open top burners, while battery spark ignition is provided for the oven bases.

The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) includes (3) star/saute’ burners in the front and (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, offering flexibility for cooking a variety of dishes at different heat intensities. Additionally, the griddle top (available on the left or right side) comes with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, ideal for grilling and searing. The griddle is available in either manual or thermostatic control, providing further customization for your cooking needs.

This model includes two convection oven bases featuring 32,000 BTU NAT convection ovens. Each oven has a porcelain enamel interior with dimensions of 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space to accommodate large trays or multiple racks. The ovens are equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for easy adjustment. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor operates at 1710 rpm, offering consistent performance and energy efficiency. With permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, the motor ensures reliability and durability. The thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) allows precise temperature control, and an On/Off switch provides the flexibility to operate the convection oven as a standard oven if needed.
