The open top burners are equipped with a standing pilot for continuous readiness, while the oven bases use battery spark ignition for reliable and efficient startup.
Adding to its flexibility is a 24-inch griddle top, which can be positioned on either the left or right side. The griddle features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides for spill control and easy maneuvering. Available with manual or thermostatic controls, it’s ideal for cooking everything from breakfast items to burgers and grilled sandwiches with consistent results.
The range includes both a convection oven (Model A) and a standard oven (Model D), providing powerful cooking versatility. The convection oven operates at 32,000 BTUs, with a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and it comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking options. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor is designed for high efficiency and includes overload protection, permanently lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. A built-in On/Off switch allows it to be used as a standard oven when needed.
The standard oven delivers 45,000 BTUs and shares the same broad temperature range. Its interior is slightly deeper at 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and it accommodates full-size pans placed either direction. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails, making it ideal for baking, roasting, or warming a variety of dishes.
