Built with stainless steel front and sides and a 4” stainless steel front rail, the range is both sleek in appearance and rugged enough for daily commercial use. It also includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator for added safety and ease of operation.

This model features a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4), with three star-style saute burners in the front for fast, responsive heat and three 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear for reliable high-output cooking. The burners operate with a standing pilot ignition system, while battery spark ignition supports oven base ignition if needed.

A key feature of this unit is the 24” raised griddle, positioned on the right side. The smooth, polished steel griddle surface includes raised sides for easy food handling and cleaner operation. Controlled manually, the raised griddle includes an under-broiler to expand your cooking flexibility—ideal for finishing or broiling menu items directly beneath the griddle surface.

This particular model is designed with two stainless steel cabinet bases (Cabinet Base C) in place of traditional ovens. These base cabinets offer convenient storage for cookware, tools, and ingredients, helping to streamline kitchen workflow. The cabinets also come with optional center-opening doors at no additional charge, making it easy to access contents while keeping your cooking line organized.
