The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and versatile commercial gas range built for the demands of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this range is crafted from durable stainless steel on the front, sides, and 4” front rail, providing a sleek, professional appearance and rugged performance. A front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator ensure both safety and convenience during operation.

This model includes a split burner configuration featuring three high-performance star/saute burners in the front and three 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear. The open top burners operate with a reliable standing pilot system, while battery spark ignition powers the oven bases, making startup efficient and hassle-free. For added functionality, a 24-inch raised griddle is mounted on the right side of the range, complete with manual controls and an under broiler, ideal for searing, grilling, and finishing a variety of menu items.

Cooking power is further enhanced with a dual oven setup, offering both convection and standard oven options. The convection oven (Model A) delivers 32,000 BTUs of evenly distributed heat and a wide temperature range from 175°F to 550°F. It features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking. The high-efficiency, 1/2 hp motor runs at 1710 rpm and includes overload protection and permanently lubricated ball bearings for long-lasting performance. An On/Off switch gives users the option to operate the base as a standard oven when needed.

The standard oven (Model D) offers 45,000 BTUs of cooking power and shares the same broad temperature range. Its spacious porcelain enamel interior (14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep) easily accommodates full-size pans placed either way, making it ideal for baking and roasting. This oven includes one rack with two position side rails, delivering dependable performance with simple functionality.
