This range boasts standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, allowing for reliable, quick ignition each time. The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) includes three star/saute’ burners in the front for high-heat searing and sautéing, paired with three standard 33K BTU burners in the rear for consistent cooking power and versatility.

The griddle top (left or right) option includes a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on 24” wide griddles, available in both manual and thermostatic controls. This feature allows for precise temperature regulation, perfect for cooking pancakes, burgers, or grilling vegetables. The griddle’s smooth surface ensures an even cooking experience, offering the flexibility you need for various dishes.

The Standard Oven Model (D) features a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), making it perfect for a wide range of cooking tasks, from slow roasting to high-heat baking. The oven has a porcelain enamel interior that measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans in either direction. It comes with one rack featuring two-position side rails for maximum versatility.

For added convenience, the Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) provides a durable base with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, offering ample storage for kitchen essentials while maintaining a sleek, professional appearance.
