The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built to meet the demands of busy kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this unit features a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting strength and easy cleaning. A manual gas shut-off valve, conveniently located at the front, provides quick access for safety, while a factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure. Standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases provide efficient and reliable startup.

This model includes two top burner configurations. The 33K Non-clog Burner (Option 1) setup features four patented, one-piece cast iron burners, designed to be lifetime clog-free, with each burner delivering 33,000 BTU NAT. The 5 Burner Configuration (Option 6) pairs two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three star-pattern 33K burners in the front, offering a powerful and versatile cooktop layout ideal for sautéing, boiling, and high-volume cooking.

Equipped with two convection ovens (Model A) in the base, each oven operates at 32,000 BTU NAT and includes a thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel oven interiors measure 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and come with three racks and five-position side rails, allowing for flexible pan placement. Each convection oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanent split-phase operation, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring consistent airflow and even baking. An on/off switch allows the convection base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
