The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed to meet the demands of high-volume kitchens, offering professional-grade performance, durability, and versatility. This commercial gas range measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, providing ample space for cooking. Its sturdy construction includes a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a front-located manual gas shut-off, ensuring both durability and safety. The unit also features a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas flow, standing pilots for the open top burners, and battery spark ignition for reliable oven startups.

For the cooktop, the range is equipped with (4) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy cast bowl grates (Burner Option 2) that enhance cooking efficiency and maximize the use of the range’s entire surface. Additionally, (4) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners (Burner Option 7) offer high-output performance, with a patented three-piece design that makes cleaning easy and efficient. Each Pyromax burner also features a built-in drip ring for added protection and longevity, making it ideal for heavy-duty use.

The oven base of the range is a Standard Oven (Model D), delivering 45,000 BTU NAT and offering a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of the oven measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans both ways. It also includes one oven rack with two-position side rails for flexible cooking options.

The Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C) provides additional storage and support for the unit, and optional center-opening doors are available at no extra cost to provide easy access to the storage area, keeping your kitchen organized and efficient.
