The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and durable commercial gas range designed for high-demand kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, offering both robust construction and a sleek, professional look. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety and convenience, while a factory-installed regulator maintains consistent gas pressure. The range includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This model comes equipped with four 33,000 BTU NAT patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners (Burner Option 1), designed for maximum durability and performance. In addition, it includes a group of four high-output Pyromax burners (Burner Option 7), each delivering 40,000 BTU NAT. These patented, three-piece, non-clog burners are easy to clean and feature a built-in port protection drip ring, providing superior cooking power and reliability.

The range features two convection ovens (Model A), each operating at 32,000 BTU NAT with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens include porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and each is outfitted with three racks and five-position side rails to accommodate various baking needs. They are powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows users to operate the oven base as a standard oven if desired.

Completing the unit is a stainless steel cabinet base (Cabinet Option C), which includes optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing added storage and accessibility beneath the cooking surface.
