
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range engineered for high-volume kitchens. This model measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking surface, with a durable 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for lasting performance and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides safety and quick access, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow. The range includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
Equipped with four patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, each delivers 33,000 BTU of natural gas heat. In addition, the range includes a powerful Pyromax burner configuration (Burner Option 7), featuring a group of four 40,000 BTU high-output burners. These burners are designed with a three-piece, easy-clean, non-clog construction, complete with a patented built-in port protection drip ring for added durability and performance.
For baking and roasting, the unit offers two oven options. The convection oven base (Model A) operates at 32,000 BTU NAT with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its interior is finished in porcelain enamel and measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails, powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V AC motor with permanent split-phase design, overload protection, lubricated ball bearings, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows for use as a standard oven when needed.
Alternatively, the standard oven base (Model D) delivers 45,000 BTU NAT and shares the same thermostat range. It has a slightly deeper porcelain enamel interior—14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep—designed to fit full-size pans in either direction. It comes equipped with one rack and two-position side rails.
