The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and versatile commercial cooking solution, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. Designed for durability and performance, it features a stainless steel front, sides, and 4” front rail for a sleek, professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides easy access for safety, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent performance. Standing pilots serve the open-top burners, and battery spark ignition simplifies startup for the oven bases.

This configuration includes four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with specially designed wavy grates (Burner Option 2). These cast bowl-style grates promote efficiency and allow full use of the range top surface. Additionally, the unit features four 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners (Burner Option 7), known for their patented high-output, three-piece non-clog design, built-in port protection drip ring, and easy cleaning—ideal for high-volume, demanding kitchens.

Beneath the cooking surface are two convection ovens (Model A), each delivering 32,000 BTU with a thermostat-controlled range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Each oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans with ease. Inside are three racks supported by five-position side rails. The ovens are powered by a 1/2 HP, 1710 RPM motor with overload protection and permanent split-phase design, ensuring high efficiency and long-lasting performance. An on/off switch enables the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.

Completing this model is a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which provides convenient storage. Optional doors that open from the center are available at no extra charge, making this range as practical as it is powerful for any commercial kitchen.
