
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range engineered for high-volume kitchens, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides, offering both durability and a professional appearance. The range includes a conveniently located manual gas shut-off on the front, and comes equipped with a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas flow. A standing pilot system serves the open top burners, while battery spark ignition powers the oven bases.
This model includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) with four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. The cast bowl design of these wavy grates allows for better thermal efficiency and full utilization of the cooking surface. It is further equipped with Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7)—a patented, high-output solution delivering 40,000 BTUs. These three-piece, non-clog burners are easy to clean and include built-in port protection drip rings. A group of four Pyromax burners is available with this configuration, delivering exceptional performance for high-demand cooking applications.
The range is outfitted with a Convection Oven (Model A) that operates at 32,000 BTUs and features a standing pilot and a thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, and it includes three racks with five-position side rails. The oven’s fan is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor, which is high-efficiency, permanently split phase, and equipped with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
Also included is a Standard Oven (Model D) delivering 45,000 BTUs, with a standing pilot and thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). This oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans both lengthwise and crosswise. It includes one rack and two-position side rails for flexibility in pan placement.
