
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range engineered for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for superior durability and easy maintenance. Safety and control are built in with a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed gas regulator. The range includes standing pilots for the open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This configuration includes four patented, one-piece, clog-free cast iron burners, each delivering 33,000 BTU of natural gas power, ensuring long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. A 36” cast iron charbroiler, available on either the left or right side, provides excellent grilling capabilities with removable grates for convenience and versatility.
The lower section of the unit includes dual ovens to suit various cooking needs. On one side, a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A) offers efficient heat distribution with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). It features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three oven racks, five-position side rails, and a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor. The motor is permanently lubricated, includes overload protection, and is built with Class “B” insulation for long-term reliability. An on/off switch allows this oven to operate as a standard oven if needed.
On the opposite side, a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven (Model D) provides a larger cavity—14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep—with capacity for full-size pans both front-to-back and side-to-side. It includes one oven rack with two-position side rails and the same wide temperature range of 175°F to 550°F.
