The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built for professional kitchens that demand power, durability, and flexibility. This 60-3/4-inch wide range features a 37-inch high cooking surface and is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and a 4-inch front rail—designed to withstand the rigors of daily use in busy culinary environments.

At the heart of the range are four patented, one-piece cast iron burners, each delivering a powerful 33,000 BTUs. These burners are lifetime clog-free, ensuring consistent, reliable performance with minimal maintenance. The range also includes a standing pilot system for the open-top burners and a factory-installed gas regulator for smooth, efficient operation. For added safety and convenience, the manual gas shut-off valve is located at the front of the unit, allowing quick access when needed.

This model includes a 36-inch wide charbroiler, which can be positioned on either the left or right side of the cooking surface. The charbroiler features removable cast iron grates, making it ideal for grilling a variety of menu items while also allowing for easy cleaning.

Below the cooking surface, two stainless steel cabinet bases offer practical storage space for kitchen tools and supplies. Optional no-charge doors that open from the center are also available, adding convenience without additional cost.
