The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range built for high-capacity kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, and features a durable and attractive exterior with a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve provides convenient safety access, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent performance. The range includes standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases.

The cooktop features four 33,000 BTU NAT patented non-clog cast iron burners (Burner Option 1), each a one-piece, lifetime-rated, clog-free design for maximum durability and ease of cleaning. This configuration is paired with a 36” charbroiler, available on the left or right, and equipped with removable cast iron grates—perfect for high-output grilling applications.

This model includes two convection ovens (Model A) in the base, each operating at 32,000 BTU NAT. The ovens feature a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior is coated in porcelain enamel and measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating a variety of pan sizes. Each oven comes with three racks and five-position side rails for versatile cooking. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor, the convection fans offer permanent split-phase performance, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. Each oven includes an on/off switch, allowing it to be used as a standard oven if needed.

Altogether, this range offers a flexible and efficient cooking platform, ideal for commercial kitchens requiring grilling, sautéing, and baking in one compact, high-performance package.
