The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a professional-grade commercial gas range designed for high-performance cooking in demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides, providing both durability and an easy-to-clean surface. Safety and convenience are enhanced with a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range and a factory-installed gas regulator. The unit includes a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring reliable operation.

The cooktop features (4) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2), offering a cast bowl design that improves heat efficiency and allows for full use of the range surface. Complementing the burners is a 36” charbroiler (available on the left or right side), which comes with removable cast iron grates, ideal for grilling and searing with even heat distribution.

Beneath the cooktop are two Standard Oven Models (D). Each oven is 45,000 BTU NAT, equipped with a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens have a porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans in both orientations. Each comes with one rack and two-position side rails, making them highly versatile for baking and roasting needs.
