The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range that offers both reliability and versatility for professional kitchens. It measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top and is built with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and ease of cleaning. For safety and convenience, it features a front-located manual gas shut-off to control the entire range and comes with a factory-installed regulator to ensure optimal gas pressure. The unit is designed with a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, providing reliable performance during operation.

The range includes (4) 27,000 BTU non-clog burners with wavy grates (Burner Option 2). These burners feature a cast bowl design that improves heat efficiency and maximizes the use of the entire cooking surface. The range is also equipped with a 36” wide griddle top (available on the left or right side), featuring a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. The griddle is available in either manual or thermostatic control, giving chefs the flexibility to choose the best option for their cooking needs.

Additionally, the range includes two Standard Oven Models (D), each with 45,000 BTU NAT heating and a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens feature a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans placed in either direction. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, providing flexibility for baking and roasting.
