The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerhouse solution for commercial kitchens that value performance, durability, and flexible configuration. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this gas range offers ample space for high-volume cooking, built with rugged stainless steel front and sides and finished with a durable 4” stainless steel front rail. Engineered for safety and ease of use, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve, a factory-installed gas regulator, and standing pilots for open-top burners. Battery spark ignition ensures fast, reliable ignition for the oven bases.

This model features a high-performance set of Pyromax Burners, delivering 40,000 BTU NAT per burner. These patented, non-clog burners are designed with a three-piece construction for easy cleaning and maintenance, plus a built-in port protection drip ring to enhance durability and performance. A group of four Pyromax burners is available to handle the toughest cooking tasks.

Also included is a 24” charbroiler, which can be positioned on either the left or right side of the range. Designed with removable cast iron grates, the charbroiler delivers consistent heat distribution, making it perfect for grilling meats, vegetables, and other menu favorites.

Instead of oven bases, this unit includes two stainless steel cabinet bases, offering generous under-counter storage for cookware, tools, or supplies. The cabinet bases are constructed entirely of stainless steel for easy cleaning and durability in high-traffic kitchens. For added convenience, optional no-charge center-opening doors are available, allowing easy access to stored items while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
