The Griddle Top (Left or Right) offers a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, ideal for cooking large quantities of food. The 24” wide griddles are available in both manual and thermostatic control options, allowing you to choose the level of precision that suits your cooking style.
For baking and roasting, the Standard Oven Models (D) provide 45,000 BTU NAT heat with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans.
