This model includes a powerful Pyromax Burner configuration, offering 40,000 BTU NAT per burner. These patented, high-output burners feature a three-piece, easy-to-clean design and built-in port protection drip rings, making them ideal for heavy-duty use while simplifying maintenance. A group of four Pyromax burners is available to meet a variety of cooking needs. Complementing the burners is a 24” griddle top, which can be mounted on either the left or right side. Constructed with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate and raised edges, this griddle is available with manual or thermostatic controls, giving chefs the flexibility to sear, grill, or cook delicate items with precision.

For baking and roasting, the range features two convection oven bases, each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens are equipped with standing pilots and thermostat controls ranging from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), ensuring accurate temperature management. Inside, the porcelain enamel oven cavity measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans with ease. Each oven comes with three adjustable racks and five-position side rails for added versatility. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, the ovens use a high-efficiency, permanent split-phase system with lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection ovens to operate as standard ovens when needed.

Completing the range is a stainless steel cabinet base, offering built-in storage for cookware or tools. Optional center-opening doors are available at no extra charge, making it easy to customize the unit to your kitchen’s workflow.
