These patented burners are designed with a three-piece, easy-to-clean construction and feature built-in port protection drip rings, ensuring long-lasting durability and optimal performance. A group of four burners is available for added flexibility to suit various cooking needs. Additionally, the raised griddle on the right side, measuring 24”, comes with manual control and an under broiler, perfect for grilling, searing, and preparing a wide range of dishes.

The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven offers high-efficiency cooking with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), allowing for precise temperature control. The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offers ample space for a variety of cooking tasks. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible space usage. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor is designed for high efficiency and durability, featuring permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for extended motor life.
