The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range engineered for demanding kitchen operations. It features a 60-3/4” wide footprint with a 37” high cooking top, complemented by a 4” stainless steel front rail, and durable stainless steel front and sides. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for added safety, a factory-installed regulator, standing pilot lights for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.

This configuration includes a combination of (4) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners (Burner Option 3), designed with a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution, and (4) Pyromax burners (Burner Option 7), each delivering 40,000 BTUs. The Pyromax burners are patented, three-piece, non-clog, high-output units that are easy to clean and feature built-in port protection drip rings, making them ideal for high-volume cooking environments.

The unit is equipped with two convection ovens (Model A), each rated at 32,000 BTU NAT. These ovens feature a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and include three racks with five-position side rails for versatile pan placement. The convection system runs on a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. Each oven has an On/Off switch allowing it to function as a standard oven when needed.
