The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range that measures 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides. The unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off that controls the entire range. It also comes with a factory-installed regulator, a standing pilot for the open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven base.

This model includes (4) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. The port arrangement of the burners is specifically designed to allow for even distribution of the flame, ensuring efficient cooking.

In addition, the unit is equipped with (4) 40,000 BTU NAT Pyromax burners. These patented, high-output burners feature a three-piece, easy-to-clean, non-clog design with built-in port protection and a drip ring for added safety and convenience.

The range is equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven base that includes a standing pilot and a thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails. The unit is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC permanent split-phase motor, providing high efficiency and overload protection. The motor features permanent lubricated ball bearings and Class “B” insulation, ensuring longevity and reliability. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven.

The range is built on a stainless steel cabinet base. Optional no-charge doors are available that open from the center, providing added accessibility and convenience.
