
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range that measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking top. It comes equipped with a 4” stainless steel front rail, and both the front and sides are constructed of stainless steel for enhanced durability. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve for safety, as well as a factory-installed regulator. Open top burners operate via a standing pilot, while oven bases utilize battery spark ignition for reliable performance.
This configuration includes four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners are designed for powerful cooking and have a port arrangement that promotes even flame distribution, ideal for high-volume sautéing and boiling. In addition to the burners, a 36” charbroiler with removable cast iron grates is included. It can be positioned on either the left or right side of the range, allowing for versatile grilling capabilities within the same unit.
The unit also includes a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, featuring a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, and it comes with three racks and five-position side rails to accommodate a variety of cooking needs. Powered by a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor, the convection system is highly efficient and features a permanent split phase motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the oven to be used in standard mode as needed.
Complementing the convection oven, this model also includes a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven with the same thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interior dimensions are 14” high, 26” wide, and 26.5” deep, allowing for full-sized pans to fit in either orientation. This oven includes one rack and two-position side rails, adding flexibility for different types of baking or roasting operations.
