The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range that offers a spacious 60-3/4” wide cooking surface with a 37” high cooking top. Its construction includes a 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides, designed to withstand heavy use in a professional kitchen. A front-located manual gas shut-off is integrated for safety, providing easy access to control the entire range. This model also comes with a factory-installed regulator for precise and consistent performance, and the open top burners feature a standing pilot for reliable ignition. Battery spark ignition is included for the oven bases, ensuring quick and easy starts.

The range features four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, known for their ability to provide even heat distribution. The port arrangement on the burners helps to ensure that the flame is spread evenly, offering more control over cooking temperatures and consistent results across the surface.

For additional versatility, the range includes a 36” charbroiler that can be positioned on either the left or right side of the unit. The charbroiler comes with removable cast iron grates, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance, as well as providing the high heat needed for grilling and searing.

This model is also equipped with a stainless steel cabinet base, providing a sturdy foundation for the unit. It includes optional no-charge doors that open from the center, enhancing accessibility and convenience. Additionally, the unit comes with two cabinet bases, offering extra storage space for your kitchen tools and supplies.
