
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and an easy-to-clean finish. It comes equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire range, a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for the open top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
This model includes (4) 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté burners (Burner Option 3). These burners offer superior heat distribution thanks to a specially designed port arrangement that ensures even flame coverage for consistent cooking performance. Complementing the burners is a 36” Charbroiler, which can be placed on the left or right side and includes removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning and long-lasting use.
The range also features two Convection Oven bases (Model A), each powered by a 32,000 BTU NAT burner. These ovens operate with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and have a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Inside, each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails. The ovens are driven by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A built-in On/Off switch allows each convection oven to be used as a standard oven when needed.
