

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty, high-performance solution for demanding commercial kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this model features (4) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, designed with a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution. Complementing the open burners is a 36” cast iron charbroiler, available on the left or right, ideal for high-temperature grilling with durable, removable grates.
The unit includes two standard 45,000 BTU NAT ovens, each equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel oven interiors measure 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering full-size pan capacity in both orientations and come with a single rack and adjustable side rails.
Built with durability in mind, the range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. This versatile unit delivers power, precision, and efficiency in a sleek, professional package.
